PEN TIPS

Gel pens sometimes begin to skip ink when you write.  Some of my favorite tips to help the ink flow smoothly again are to:

• store it upside down (or in other words – tip down)
• run the tip under warm water to get it flowing well again
• heat the tip briefly with a match or lighter
• be careful not to jar the pen around too much, creating air bubbles in the liquid ink
